Until the heavy set guy smoking a cigarette comes in and Rudely asks me what I want. I say we have an online order which contained a bagel. I ask him nicely to put cream cheese on it and he says “no I can only put in on the side” this was weird to me because everyone I ask puts it on for me this was the first guy that didint. I get my bagel and walk back to the car only to open it and it was not in any plastic wrap only contained a knife and cream cheese. The worst part was it was not cut in half and just looked like a 2 year old put it in a bag. This worker should most definitely be reprimanded I will not be coming back.

Tell me why I used to order the braided apple pies and they were actually cooked and not RAW AND COLD when I order them now?? I took one bite of my breakfast and it was disgusting, all I taste is raw pastry dough or whatever it’s made of, it just tastes like apple and raw dough. It’s pale and uneatable, thanks for ruining my breakfast consistently. I’ll also add that it was in a mobile order so they had more than enough time to actually let it cook in the oven or whatever they heat the food up in.
