- MRMike Randall3 days ago2.0First off - the staff is very nice. Everyone is polite and friendly. Now the bad news: The drive-thru is ridiculous. In the past 10 drivethru orders, they have gotten it wrong three times, and given me old coffee with grounds at the bottom twice. This morning was the last straw. I ordered my large hot coffee, and got a large hot tea with hazelnut flavoring. I don't know if you've ever had tea with cream and sugar AND hazelnut, but it is GROSS. I'm finding a new place for coffee.
