- SHSkye HarrisNov 2, 20251.0I came to this location looking to place an order, I was told the person who greeted me that his name is Muhammad and he was quite abrupt and tried to race my order. I started to place my order when he tried to rush me and force me to pay before we even finished ordering. A couple walked in and I told him listen let’s make sure we get this order correct then I will pay; he told me I have other customers in a rude manor. I let him know that I will not be ordering anymore and he told me go ahead go complain. I can’t speak for the rest of that staff because they had a lot of people who worked there but this place was empty and there was only a couple behind us. There was no need for him to act the way he did and treat as if I do not matter, he clearly does not care about his customers

The guy who served me, August, made the whole experience feel 100x better, he was kind, quick, and honestly seemed just as excited about my order as I was. And the Sabrina Carpenter drink I ordered? So good it was like if it was blessed by Sabrina Carpenter herself. Between how amazing the drink was and how incredible the service was, this instantly became the best Dunkin run of my life.
