  i ordered 2 pizzas with the toppings that my family enjoys. received 2 wrong pizzas, have tried contacting the store and they hang up the call before i even try to say anything. completely unacceptable and unsatisfying experience.

  Incorrect order delivered. AI agent is horrible. Ordered pizza with hamburger , onion and mushroom toppings. AI confirmed back to me. What they delivered was cheese only pizza!!!! The second pizza was vegetarian and extra cheese. They added ricotta cheese? Highly disappointed on this mixup. They need to refund my money. Train the AI operator better. Have a human to help. During entire process no human spoke to me, even when I called Burlington store to complaint.

  I called to ask where my order was left and I was so aggravated at the end I asked to speak to a manager and the employee hung up on me. I then called back and asked for his name and the managers name and he said no. And told me “ my manager doesn’t want to speak to you he said to look for you food” like excuse me? I will definitely be escalating this to corparate!!! This has never ever happened to me

  I just want to thank Judy as well as everyone at this location for my perfect pizzas every saturday night. I order a thin crust every week and I'm picky about it not being overcooked and dry. Judy in particular goes out of her way every saturday to make my pizza and to cook it perfectly. I love pizza so much and it's important to me to enjoy my Domino's every saturday night and Judy makes sure that it happens! Best thin crust ever! Thanks Judy! Maryann

  I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Domino’s when picking up my order around 9:20 PM. While I was parked to collect my already-placed order, one of the elderly plow workers aggressively approached me and repeatedly told me to move my car. He stood uncomfortably close and came across as threatening, even though I was there briefly to pick up food. After I picked up my pizza, one of the trucks associated with the plow crew positioned itself in a way that prevented me from leaving right away, which made the situation even more stressful. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I had started coming here regularly and was becoming a weekly customer. Until this issue is addressed and customers can feel safe and respected while picking up their orders, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
