I figured I’ll call the store to see if it’s an error with their system given I did not receive a call or no one rang my bell. When I called the store, the woman that answered the phone said "oh yeah driver called you and also couldn’t find your address". No one called me I triple checked my phone log. Anyway things happen, it is cold and dark, so I say "ok well how can we fix this? They were suppose to send the driver back out. That never happened. I had to call to again, they said nope original driver isn’t available we will send another driver out. Meanwhile no apology, I stated that driver did not originally call me. It is now almost two hours since i placed the order, so I imagine the food is cold. I understand things happen, but no one called, no one apologized, and overall very horrible customer service. The woman on the phone was even getting an attitude with me. Very odd, I will not return.

When receiving an incorrect order, if you call the store (not the dinky online problem reporter), they'll make it right, and they'll do it quickly. This is completely unacceptable, especially when someone specifically orders vegetarian food. It shows a lack of care and attention in preparing the order. I couldn’t even eat the pizza because of their mistake and it really ruined the meal. I hope Domino’s improves their quality control and pay more attention while preparation because this shouldn’t happen especially with dietary restrictions involved. There is no rating option below 1 thats why i selected 1 star.
