  there is a lady I believe is the kitchen manager , she is latina probable dominican , oh man! what a rude lady, disrespectful with people and even employees looks they are scared ! poor people work enviroment , rude with customers, very loud , man! never go back

  I visited this location today at 10:50 a.m., shortly after the posted opening time of 10:45 a.m. However, I was informed upon entry that the store was still closed. This was unexpected and somewhat disappointing given the advertised hours.I believe that adhering to posted opening times and providing welcoming customer service are essential for maintaining a positive reputation and customer loyalty. I encourage management to consider reviewing staff training and scheduling to ensure punctual openings and a more customer-focused approach. With many alternatives nearby, consistent service quality will be important for retaining business.

  Sometimes the workers look overwhelmed, and overworked, which is sad because when the new crew that came in they started making the food taste amazing!! That’s what chipotle is supposed to taste like this is the best one in the middlesex area. Give them a raise!!!

  Please think again before placing an online order through their app at this specific location. Twice, I've had to wait 30min-1hr for my food that I ordered ahead of time to be ready, and twice is more than enough to lose my trust in their delivery. I understand this is a busy location and that the food may not be ready at the time I expect all the time. However, the extended wait is not acceptable. I've reached out to the person at the register to check up on the status and they brushed me off telling me to wait. Only until the lunch hour was over and everyone cleared out did they choose to address me and ask about my order which was ordered prior to the hour. Quality of the food is a hit or miss, which is another concern of its own.

  I work in the plaza where this Chipotle is located, and while the food is consistently good, the staff make it such an unpleasant experience that it’s hard to justify going back. Every time we visit, we’re met with blank stares, eye rolls, or rude looks — as if we’re inconveniencing them just by ordering. It’s honestly laughable at this point; you’d think we were interrupting something important. There’s one particular staff member — a woman who’s been there for quite some time — who is especially difficult to deal with. She’s curt, dismissive, and makes the entire interaction uncomfortable. Because of this, when clients ask us for lunch recommendations, we never suggest this Chipotle despite its convenience. I really hope management takes note and invests in improving morale or customer service training. The food shouldn’t have to be overshadowed by such poor attitudes.
