- KKkristina kApr 18, 20261.0placed an order on the app. went to pick up. no orders on the rack and many people waiting, which is typical during breakfast time. i waited about 2 minutes before a woman behind the counter called out “whose waiting for food?” and i raised my hand and gave my name. she responded “i called your name 5 times 5 minutes ago.” and handed me a bag from behind the counter. i said “oh okay, thank you?” she then said “i don’t know why you went to them complaining.” in which i told her “i walked in literally 2 minutes ago and haven’t said a word to anyone…” she rolled her eyes and walked away. usually i don’t complain, but since she accused me of it anyways, figured i might as well do it. i get that its busy, but you shouldn’t be rude to people, especially when you have no idea what your talking about. also was missing an order of hash browns. thanks

In the past 10 drivethru orders, they have gotten it wrong three times, and given me old coffee with grounds at the bottom twice. This morning was the last straw. I ordered my large hot coffee, and got a large hot tea with hazelnut flavoring. I don't know if you've ever had tea with cream and sugar AND hazelnut, but it is GROSS. I'm finding a new place for coffee.
