  I want to make it clear that I love Cava, and never have negative service and quality experiences at other location, but I consistently have negative experiences at Burlington, MA. Every order has been 20-30 mins later than the stated time. A lot of the staff members are unpleasant or rude. I have had three order mistakes the last 5 times I've gone. Most recently (today), the order was almost 30mins late, so I had to rush back to work, only to find the bowl barely half full, yellow arugula, dried rice, 4 wrong ingredients, and the SALMON was missing. I called the store and they said I would need me to report it online and wait for a response which can take a few business days. Luckily the online customer support responded within the half hour and they were very helpful and understanding. I hope improvements can be implemented here as the poor service and poor food quality here is legitimately concerning. Judging by the amount of 1 stars they've received and similar experiences I've had, I feel comfortable assuming this was not a "one off" experience or day unfortunately.

  Finally made my way here for lunch. I usually pack a healthy meal for the work week but forgot mine at home. Let me say, super impressed. If you’re on a strict diet and trying to hit your macro goals and need something fast, cava legit has you covered. Staff was super friendly and efficient during the lunch rush. I’ll definitely be back again.

  Never got the order right whenever I ordered from door dash or Uber eats. Each time I specify falafel and no meat, I got chicken in there

  Quick lunch stop at CAVA and it did not disappoint. Fresh ingredients, solid steak bowl, and that cucumber drink was clutch. Shout out to Yasmila for being professional, calm, and genuinely kind during a busy rush. Those little moments matter. Good service + good food = I’ll be back.
