The service was not great at all. I came in for dine in and my waitress was rude and had an attitude. On top of that it took forever to even get out of the restaurant because she was in the back so long. We were the only ones in there…

If I could give zero stars I would. I Stopped by today after a trip to the mall. My daughter and I had to wait almost 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged and seated. Then waited over another 10 minutes before a waitress even came over and when she did she went over to another table first that was seated well after we were. When I told her we had arrived first I was told to wait. I asked another staff member for the manager who never even came over to the table. Customer service is absolutely horrible and cleanliness is definitely lacking. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here!

Service was horrible. It took a good 10-15 minutes for anyone to come take a drink order. We ordered the bottomless appetizer when we placed our meal order (the only time we saw our waiter) assuming the appetizer would come 1st. All came out at the same time. The waiter did not come to check on us once, not to see if the food was ok, not to offer a refill on drinks or appetizers, just kept walking over to another table that had more guests or standing behind the wall where the soda machine was. We finally had to flag him down to get our check (and after we stacked all plates and cleaned up the table) then he asked if we wanted anything else. Didn’t even say thank you or anything just dropped check off and walked away. We had to flag him down once again to pay our bill. Just horrible service.

Wow, the lack of customer service is horrendous !
I visited this location on 4-10-26 at around 4:30 and sat for 15 minutes without any of the bar staff asking if I wanted to start with a beverage as she ( female, petite with dark hair ) continued to pass by me numerous of times, but finally I had get their attention and place my drink order !
The lack of service became so unbearable, we decided to move seats right behind us in the hopes we had a different server who cared .....No, the section was closed and no one bothered to tell us after 15 minutes of sitting there , so we had to approach the hostess and ask for a server , which we were informed the section was closed and that we had to change sections , so we did !
In midst of changing seats, I noticed the hostess ( male with blonde hair and glasses ) standing in the corner blowing his nose and seconds later noticing him handle food without ever washing his hands.
As we Finally sat down , we placed our order and waited for our food ... Mediocre at best .. The food tasted precooked with sauce ! Minutes later , as we finished, due to our waitress ( she wore a N95 mask ) never coming over at "check on us " to see if we wanted anything else, we decided to leave !
To managent : Your young , inexperienced bar staff is unaware of proper food and beverage rotation when restocking coolers ! The same bartender , refilled beer coolers from newly opened cases while never placing old stock to the front ... Failure to do this Is loss of revenue due to expired product
Ill never visit this location ever again and I urge everyone to spend their money at Yard House ( directly behind the BWW) where they appreciate their customers !!

Ordered takeout online from this location. Half our order (original chicken strips) was simply missing. Fine, we went back and got them — those were a normal size, around 10 cm.
The grilled strips we actually received with the order? About 4 cm each. Tiny. The restaurant was almost completely empty, so ‘busy rush’ is not an excuse. Our online order also clearly showed we didn’t tip.
I’m not saying staff intentionally gave us the smallest possible pieces because we didn’t tip on a takeout order — but I’m not NOT saying that either. Either way, the portions were unacceptable and the missing items made us drive back. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
