  Absolutely fantastic food and an even better experience! We started with the lamb seekh and shrimp koliwada both were incredible and packed with flavor. For the main course, I had their special butter chicken, and honestly, it’s the best I’ve ever had. It truly reminded me of home. Every single dish was delicious, but what stood out the most was the service. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, especially Ms. Manju Kaushal, it genuinely felt like I was at my mom’s house, she gave us so much love and care. Highly recommend this place!

  I had a disappointing experience at Saanjh. The food itself was okay, but the service really affected our visit. We were there working on our computers and asked to pull up an extra chair so we could sit comfortably while working, but we weren’t allowed to, which felt unnecessarily strict and unwelcoming. I understand that outside food and drinks may not be allowed, but my drink was taken away before I was finished without giving me a chance to finish it, and nothing was offered as a replacement. What made the experience worse was that when we said “thank you” to staff, we were completely ignored, which came across as rude and dismissive. we visited on tuesday march 31 Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and the customer service left a bad impression despite the food being decent. I hope management works on improving communication and making customers feel respected and comfortable.the host was very rude and they couldn’t accommodate us just for a chair

  If you’re a parent, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. We went in expecting a normal meal out with our toddler—nothing fancy, just a family trying to enjoy dinner together. Instead, we were met with cold stares the moment we walked in. The staff made it abundantly clear (without ever saying it outright) that children were not welcome. Our toddler, like any toddler, made a bit of a mess while eating—nothing outrageous, just the usual crumbs and a little food on the table. Rather than showing even a shred of understanding, the staff hovered over us, visibly annoyed, and made multiple passive-aggressive stares. At one point, it genuinely felt like they were just waiting for us to leave. Then came the worst part: we were rushed. Plates cleared almost immediately, check dropped without being asked, and the overall vibe was “please get out as quickly as possible.” It was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and frankly insulting. Let’s be clear—if your establishment cannot handle families, just say so upfront. Don’t pretend to be a welcoming restaurant and then treat parents like they’re a burden for simply existing with their child. There are plenty of places that understand what hospitality actually means. This is not one of them. Parents: you’ve been warned.

  I got takeout. The place itself seemed pretty nice, & all the employees I interacted with were polite and quick. The food was a little disappointing, though - this seems to be a place where the atmosphere is part of the experience, and it’s not a place where you’re going to find that cheap Indian food in big portions perfect for a college student. It was about the same price as some other places I’ve tried that have had double the portion. Don’t get me wrong, though, the food was really tasty. I just wish there was more of it! I’ll probably return to this place when going out for a nice dinner with friends or family, but if I’m doing takeout, it’s not worth it.

  On arriving for dinner, the system didn’t have our reservation for whatever reason, so we had to wait for almost 20 minutes. The staff was apologetic about it, especially one lady and genuinely tried to accommodate us ASAP which we appreciated. Coming to the food, the presentation was amazing. We enjoyed the drinks, the dahi kebab and the paneer tikka. The taste of the dal makhani and jackfruit steak were good, just lacking more of a depth of flavour. While we were eating, the lady at the front of the desk came to check in on us multiple times which I appreciated at first. However, on coming one of the times over to our table she asked us, “Can I get you anything? Some onions and chili?” Now just for context, we are Indian and these are usually complementary in an Indian restaurant. I said yes, only to realise on the final bill that this was a menu item and they charged us $4 for it!!! Idk to me, it felt kind of a cheap tactic to upsell when I initially thought she was being genuine (hence the 3 star rating). Dessert was very average, not worth ordering again. We got the dessert pot - the ice cream flavour just didn’t go with the cookie crumble. All in all, a decent place to eat, just left me with a bittersweet note at the end because of the above experience.
