They have 4 self-checkout kiosks where people run through full carts of groceries without knowing how to use the machine, creating another mile-long line down another aisle. The best part is, the one thing you REALLY need that you can't just get at TJ's down the street -- is never in stock. Only recommend going here if you are desperate.

Didn't even try to help me work out my Stop and Shop card, despite me having signed up last time I was there and on top of that lied and said it was applied when it wasn't. Manager was walking around like a fool helping absolutely no one, and looked at me and walked away when I was looking for help. It was astonishing how clueless everyone seemed to be when I simply just needed a hang packing my large grocery haul.
