When Joe came out with my order, he was apologetic that they only had 2 quarts. He did come with 4 Califia Organic Oat Barista. I decided to take them. I spent most of my work career customer facing and I really appreciated Joe's effort.

I walked down the aisle towards the cheese section , and I found a couple of types of Burrata. I picked up the first one in front of me and I looked at the expiry date. It had expired 10 days ago. So I looked around, and I hoped that I could find an employee to let them know that they have some expired cheese on their shelves. No employees around. I walked back to the front of the supermarket. There was nobody at the customer service desk, and there were no people at the cashier registers. No employees at all. I walk down towards the self check out, and there was one black lady scrolling through her social media… So this was the only employee I could find in the entire store. I said, excuse me, She looked up at me, she rolled her eyes and she said what can I do for you? I told her: I found this block of cheese on the shelves and it has expired 10 days ago. You really shouldn’t be trying to sell it to customers. Her response was: Well, when I see a manager, I will let him know. And she went back to her social media. Again, I must emphasize, This was the only employee that I saw in the entire store and She was more interested in the social media on her phone than she was in dealing with customer issues.
