Laurie, a registered dietitian, applies her knowledge on nutrition into the meals served today. Steve, a seasoned business manager in the restaurant industry has always enjoyed the connection between people and food. Together, they bring their passion into the cuisine. Sit down or order out. We serve grilled panini wraps, healthy vegan smoothies, fresh pressed juices, super fresh salads, and wellness shots. We now sell soft serve ice cream, too!!

    Excellent buffalo chicken wrap on gluten free tortilla. Only removed one star because it was soggy by the time it arrived. A napkin or paper towel underneath would tremendously improve the takeout experience for juicy sandwich type items.

    Good strawberry cream matcha but 1/3-1/2 of it is ice and could use a bit more of the strawberry. The row the Charles smoothie was good enough.

    A really nice and friendly restaurant. I got the classic quesadilla and it was very easy to remove the things I didn’t want. It came with plantain chips and was delicious! The vegan chocolate chip cookies are also amazing and so addicting. Totally recommend if you’re in the area!
