Ordered two spicy Italians for pick up but got two completely different sandwiches. I’m not sure what sandwhich this is , I couldn’t find this Sandwhich online, I think they just put together what they wanted. I would just go in person if you do order.

I placed a delivery order through the app on Friday (12/12) around 3:30 PM. By 5 PM the tracker said the order had not been prepared or set for delivery. I tried to call the store with no answer. I reached out to customer service who said they would give me a refund - a week later I still have not received a refund and have been told my customer service that they have been trying to reach out to management to get me a refund since it has to be initiated by the store. I tried to call the store today (a week later) to talk to a manager and no one picked up!!! Worst experience ever - do not order from here

I ordered a veggie sandwich for delivery. Over an hour and a half after ordering I received a turkey sandwich. When I called for a replacement or refund I was told that there was no one available to deliver a new sandwich and no one working knew how to process a refund. I was asked to call back later. I’ve called twice and no one answered the phone. This is by far the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to.
