  I ordered the pre-made sandwich The John and some extra and got ham and turkey. I called to let them know and the service worker just hung up and was clearly refusing to answer. Where is management to fix these reoccurring issues?

  I am so sorry to do this but this is the worst experience I have had at Jimmy John's. I have now ordered from here 5x and not once have we received sandwiches that were enjoyable. We order the exact same thing (Vito and Veggie) and the previous order my veggie had nothing but cheese and the smallest amount of lettuce. (I order with everything and add xtra hot peppers). This last visit really put me over the edge when our sandwiches were incorrect. The veggie had no cucumbers, no hot peppers (ordered xtra), barely any lettuce and the bread was THE SMALLEST ever... smaller than my hand. Same for the Vito this time they had it almost right, but no lettuce and the tiny bread. I have been a JJ consumer since 2005+ and I know my JJ sandwiches and this is just so disappointing.

  I love how the girls are quick in work, always willing to do the best! I don’t think I have had a better sandwich than this one.
