I went on my phone and was focused texting someone. I don’t notice the lady calling out the my order , as i notice i walk over to her and as i try to apologize while approaching she yells out the order aggressively with much attitude. She then says something about my phone to her coworker in another language. I’m taken aback by her mannerisms but try to brush it aside. I then grab my egg and cheese on an english muffin. I left and went to eat it, the worst i’ve ever had, cheese and egg were cold and the english muffin was so dry. Overall, my worst experience at Dunkin. I will never be stepping foot in that Dunkin ever again

I’m a big fan of Dunkin’s iced coffee, but something about this spot ruins it for me. The coffee is way too strong—much more intense than at other Dunkin’ locations. The service is friendly, and food orders come out well, but the drinks just don’t measure up. I don’t know why the iced coffee here tastes so different. It comes out strong, tart, musty, and overwhelming—not the smooth, balanced cup I usually enjoy from Dunkin.
