  Went in to pick up an order and two girls, friends of the girl working I believe. One was openly vaping inside. Got 2 subs, Italian was ok, but the steak n cheese was awful, hardly no meat, there was more lettuce and cheese than there was meat. To top it all off, both me and my daughter were so sick, all night and still are today. I sure will never be returning to that location.

  Food is good but the old lady working there is very stingy with the portions, putting close to nothing.

  Placed an order here 1/7/2026 at the wrong location while at work in Boston. I called and the manager stated she could not refund my order because it was "already made" and that there was nothing she could do even though I told her at no point would I be able to pick up the food. This is the same lady who made my sandwich with a terrible cut of meat two weeks ago when I made an ONLINE order because I have an infant at home, so I had to go up to the store and have her re-make my sandwich. All she had to say was "that is the way the slicer cut the meat" knowing it was a terrible cut, why would you put that on someone's sub? Offered nothing for her terrible service. Terrible management. Terrible location. Now I have to contact my bank to refund something that I'm pretty sure could have been handled differently. She's probably eating the sub I paid for
