So much so that the family came by tonight and we ordered delivery again. What a disappointment on so many levels. The food wasn’t hot and the order was fraught with errors. They only gave us 1 of 3 brownies ordered, none of the 3 dipping sauces, and the order of 20 Korean wings was instead substituted with Hot Honey which none of us wanted. I tried calling several times and no one picks up the phone. That’s almost $90 wasted. A shame because I live close and this would be a nice regular treat for us. I hope someone makes this right. I emailed and haven’t heard back. Someone did call from the restaurant but I wasn’t by my phone. They didn’t leave a message and when I call back — no answer, surprise surprise. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered what I thought was supposed to be boneless chicken. two types, 10 pieces of spicy honey and 10 pieces of lemon pepper The total was $26.25 to my shock and horror. The driver arrived and gave me this tiny little bag that weighed nothing. I looked inside the bag to find five little pieces of I don’t know what that didn’t look like any type of chicken when I asked the Dasher to return it. She said she could not. I called the location and they said I had to call DoorDash. Don’t buy anything from them.!!!!!! Wish there was a negative I give it zero stars when I called to complain I could hear the young girl in the background saying that a customer is complaining and that she couldn’t care less!! Manager did nothing as well beyond terrible service!!!
