I ordered at the kiosk, forgetting that the person i’m ordering for had an FOOD ALLERGY . I apologized for the mistake and just asked to have the burgers remade without mustard and pickles. SILVY WAS TOLD to just remake it but she was rude about it. She said it’s already made, i reminded her about the allergy & she said “well you should’ve ordered it without it”. She went to go make it, i was waiting with my friend, silvy then shouts “oh if you have something to say then you can say it to me” I then got VERY upset bc i wasn’t even speaking to or about her; if you’re already remaking it what are you still being argumentative with me?? she then said she’s gonna refund me. We ordered inside, we didn’t even even leave the lobby with the food, we didn’t touch nothing. And it’s in their policy to give me what i asked for . SILVY WILL BE DEALT WITH.
