  Everyone in this Dunks location was so incredibly kind, positive, welcoming, helpful and in all-around great spirits. There was a super kind employee in bell bottom jeans who went out of their way to run my phone out to my car after leaving it on the counter. I was having a terrible day, and they really turned it around a bit. It’s wild the impact a little bit of kindness and a small kind gesture can have.

  I would like to thank this particular Dunkin for finally making me realize that there is absolutely no reason to go to ANY Dunkin in the city of Brockton or in general tbh. This was the last hope to receive any consistency, which unfortunately now has converted into a model of inconsistency like the rest of Dunkins in Brockton- rude staff, wrong orders (3 this wk alone) and if actually correct, food is over/under cooked. So thank you for allowing me to save over $40/ wk and $2K a year going forward simply by never letting Dunkin ruin a morning treat ever again:)

  I order my coffee to go on the app and it's always waiting for me! No wait ever, coffee is always on point. They spoil me because now I know how my coffee should really taste, they set the standard. They are always jamming in the morning but move through the line quickly. Great spot, Trey and the crew are a power team!
