It’s so bad I’m willing to drive 10-15 minutes to different locations other than this one which is a 5 minute walk from my house. Food is always burnt or wrong or under cooked. The drinks are always watered down or out of stock. Store is always dirty when you walk in. They never have napkins or straws where they’re supposed to be. The greeting services here is all around JUST BAD. I hate to have to write something like this about a place but I’m so honestly over this Dunkins.

I'm not going to get into much detail about what happened just want to point out that anyone working in the customer service industry must realize they are customers themselves at one point or another.. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't want anyone to treat them poorly...or serve them terrible burnt food...the people who work at this shop/store..should consider that each time they walk through that door to work...and service their customers
