The woman took my order, then two other people came in, she took their order and chatted with them for a long time, without even telling the staff that I was waiting. Irresponsible and unprofessional. 15 minutes for a small hot latte, while everyone else who came after me left before me? Why? Never coming back here again.

It’s so bad I’m willing to drive 10-15 minutes to different locations other than this one which is a 5 minute walk from my house. Food is always burnt or wrong or under cooked. The drinks are always watered down or out of stock. Store is always dirty when you walk in. They never have napkins or straws where they’re supposed to be. The greeting services here is all around JUST BAD. I hate to have to write something like this about a place but I’m so honestly over this Dunkins.
