One time, someone in my group ordered a banana split and they didn’t even include a banana. My own order asked for extra toppings, and it barely had any. It’s frustrating that there’s no clear way to report missing items or get a refund through the app. Then today, we ordered again and showed up to find the store closed for the season even though the app still accepted our order and charged us. The app tells you to contact the location directly for a refund, but how are you supposed to do that when the place is closed for months? We weren’t the only ones, either. At least three other cars showed up trying to pick up their online orders and were just as confused.
