  We went in to get wing and fries. The food came out way too fast. It was burnt we had eaten 2-3 before noticing. I ask for a new batch or wings. The second batch came out also burnt. Manager gave a hard time abt exchanging for another after the first 2 burnt batches.so a refund was issued and review made the other males handled it perfectly and she called herself the manager.

  This has to be one of the most unprofessional establishments I have been to in a while. Placed an order online. When I arrived to pick it up there were 3 employees hanging out at the counter laughing, and cussing. No regard for customers walking in. They weren’t even in uniform. The guy at the counter that I spoke to seemed pleasant as I let him know I’m picking up an online order. I got my food and walked out with low expectations. Once I got home I was very disappointed to say the least. My wife ordered a buffalo chicken sub and it was literally just chicken on the bread with zero condiments. Granted she did want it with only the buffalo sauce but there wasn’t any at all. My daughter ordered Cajun fries but they were just cold regular fries. My sandwich was a traditional Philly with cheese sauce; there was literally just two globs of unmelted cheese on my sandwich. Don’t even get me started about the wings smh undercooked and absolute garbage. Management really needs to step in and get some quality employees. This location is single handedly ruining Charley’s reputation. Well at least for me it is.

  Great workers but the food NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. THIS IS UNFORTUNATE AND UNEXCUSED. THEY NEVER PUT ENOUGH SAUCE ON THERE WINGS ONLY ONE SIDE WILL BE COATED. PLEASE PUT MEAT ON THE SUB LIKE I PAID FOR
