I always got the same sandwich and never had any issues — until now. This time, they made my sandwich completely wrong: they added onions (which I’m allergic to) and used the wrong sauces. I came back and politely asked them to please remake the sandwich, explaining that I have a serious onion allergy and can’t eat what they gave me. Instead of helping, the two young women working there treated me with total disrespect. They told me I had to bring back both sandwiches from the order — even though only one was wrong. While I was trying to explain my situation, they were laughing, smirking, and speaking in their own language, making it feel like they were mocking me. Their behavior was absolutely unacceptable — rude, dismissive, and humiliating. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism from staff anywhere. After this, I will never order from Subway again. The way I was treated was just awful.

The manager was too cheap to accept the coupon. Don’t ever go here! Worst service ever. I’ve worked in stores before and I have sympathy for hard working employees but the people that run this place do not deserve to serve their customers!
