I’m so tired of walking into the store and seeing people holding their dogs, putting their dogs in carts, and seeing untrained “service” dogs lunging and barking at people. Only actual, legit service dogs should be allowed in. ESAs are NOT covered under the ADA. I know there’s no official registry for service dogs and that the only questions you can ask people are “is this a service dog?” and “what task is it trained to perform?”, but asking those questions alone should be able to determine legit service dogs from the fake ones/ESAs. Also, please set an item limit for self-checkout. People with a cartful of groceries should not be using self-checkout. Thanks!!

Took 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to attend me. While waiting, someone from the seafood department on the side, passes by me and the meat department eating food and doesn’t even have the decency to ask me if I need someone. Just carries on. Finally someone comes out from meat department and the excuse is “Sorry we’re in the back”. I could’ve figured that out by that time. On top of that, he even explained to me that usually someone from seafood helps out when there’s no one from meat to attend customers. Multiple workers from seafood came out and not a single one came up to me. Ridiculous.
