  ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS I LOVE ANCHOVIES 😊 COOKIE AND PIZZAS WERE TASTY… STILL HOT WHEN THEY ARRIVED… DRIVERS ARE A LITTLE IMPATIENT, SO DO NOT MAKE THEM WAIT OR THEY WILL YOU HUNGRY… THANK YOU TO THE MAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR ME AND SWITCHED MY PICKUP TO A DELIVERY.. I DON’T KNOW IF THAT WAS A GLITCH IN WEBSITE OR I WAS SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY ON MY ORDER… THANKS 🙏

  I usually order delivery, and today I went to pick up my order. The tall guy in the cap who always delivers it served me. I arrived a little late; my food had been ready for quite a while. But the delivery guy said he'd make me another one and gave me a new pizza, freshly made and hot. I had to wait a bit because there were a lot of orders, but I got a freshly made and hot pizza, even though it was my fault for arriving so late. I'm very grateful to this guy for his attire; he seems like he's not just a delivery driver, but the manager or the owner. Thank you for your kindness; it made my evening. Note: I've noticed that delivery drivers for apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash are very rude and impatient, especially with the guys who work as drivers for Papa John's, for not delivering orders quickly. I think they should be more empathetic and understand that these people are just delivering orders; they're not the ones who cook them. And besides, if there are a lot of orders, there's no other option but to wait. If you don't want to wait, cancel your order and use another delivery service. Don't insult or be rude to others. If you want to be treated well, treat others well.

  This is the most unprofessional and discriminatory experience I have ever had at any business in the United States. At this Papa John’s location, the same employee has repeatedly targeted me with racist and hostile behavior. He ignores my greeting every time, looks at me with clear disgust, delays my orders on purpose, and treats other couriers respectfully while treating me like I do not belong here. On multiple visits, he lied about my order status, claiming it “was not ready,” even though another employee confirmed my order had been sitting there the whole time. This is intentional obstruction and discriminatory behavior. The last incident was the worst: after staring at me with hostility, he suddenly told me “someone stole your order” and demanded that I leave the store. This was completely false and clearly meant to remove me from the location for personal or discriminatory reasons. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and violates basic civil rights standards. I have already filed a formal civil rights complaint and requested a review of the security camera footage. Management needs to take this seriously and address the conduct of this employee immediately. No customer or delivery driver should ever be treated this way.
