- OAOSMAN AKYOLFeb 18, 20261.0I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior. None of the employees are polite; they all look as if they are being forced to work there. If they are getting paid to do this job, the least they can do is treat customers with basic respect. Every single staff member had a sour attitude and spoke in a scolding, dismissive tone. I placed an order online and later updated it through the system. When I politely explained that the order had been prepared incorrectly due to the update, one employee responded aggressively, threw the prepared item toward me, and said something along the lines of, “But I already made it, why are you changing it?” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. If they do not want to do this job, they are free to find another one. However, I am a paying customer, and I do not deserve to be treated with hostility for simply adjusting my order. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be returning.
