- JJJenU1 day ago1.0I submitted an online order to this branch. . The Newton branch has a same street name. When I came to the store for a pick up, they couldn't find it and then we notice that the order address is wrong. The store employee told me that he can't help me and that I need to drive to a different store to pick up my order. It took me 15 min to drive in traffic to pick up my order that got cold meanwhile. I understand that this is my mistake but I have hard time to believe that this is a Chipotle policy to just send me away. The store employee didn't seems to care at all and behaved like this is not his concern. I love Chipotle and bough there meals for years. That was my last time

I got a barbacoa bowl which was loaded with a healthy portion of meat. I even forgot to add something and they didn't have a problem backing up to throw some peppers on. No idea what these other Karen's are going on about. This is a solid Chip, and very happy to have it in Brighton.
