    The amount of filth at this chipotle location is comical. Not a single clean table in sight, food on the floors, garbage on the tables, each garbage cans was filled to the brim. The lady who made my burrito was excessively rude. Doesn’t speak, just makes a pouty face. I work in customer service so I understand what it’s like to have a crazy day but this is just not the way to run a restaurant. fairwell chipotle

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. After waiting over 25 minutes in line, the employee who came to the front mentioned she was tired (which was understandable). However, when I finally ordered my steak bowl, she served me a regular portion — not double. Despite that, the cashier, who wasn’t even nearby during the order, suddenly announced that I would have to pay for a “double” serving. I calmly explained that the server had given me a standard portion and that I shouldn’t be charged extra. Instead of listening, the cashier raised her voice for the entire restaurant to hear, saying that if I didn’t pay, I wouldn’t get my bowl. Her tone was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she told the other employee at the end of the line to throw my bowl in the trash “since she doesn’t want to pay.” It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. The situation escalated to the point that the manager came out. When I tried to explain what happened, the cashier kept talking over me, which was both disrespectful and unsettling. Thankfully, the manager understood the situation, brought me to another register, and rang me up correctly for the regular steak bowl I had ordered. As I was checking out, the cashier shouted loudly, “I don’t even care,” in front of everyone. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — unprofessional, confrontational, and completely avoidable. I hope this location takes steps to improve employee training and respect toward customers. Very disappointing Chipotle.
