  Evil Chipotle. I order on uber eats a bowl and chips. yummy. so excited. they tell me its going to be here in about thirty minutes. i can't wait. I luv chipotle. i see the driver at the resturant on my phone. huzzah. 10 minutes go by. i see a different driver is there. hm. maybe the driver canceled. another 10 min go by. A DIFFERENT driver is there waiting. interesting.... another thirty minutes go by. I get a text. "Sorry, order was canceled. Oopsie Poopsie." WHAT DO YOU MEAN. IT WAS LITERALLY RICE BEANS, MEAT AND CHIPS. i sigh in defeat. another week passes.... mmm you know what i'm craving? Chiptole!!! i order again. the same meal. AND SAME THING HAPPENS. i am waiting in my room, thrashing for 2 hours seeing driver after driver pull up to chipotle only for chiptole to text me, "Sorry, order bla bla bla" ITS LITERALLY THE SIMPLEST THING EVER WHAT. LITERALLY PUT ME BEHIND THE COUNTER AND ILL MAKE IT MYSELF. okay time to switch tactics. i place a schedualed order at 2 pm for 7:30pm. Surely, SURELY, you can make that. WRONG AGAIN. and the worst part is, is that i live at the dorms of bc. wanna know how far it is? ONE MILE. ONE MILE. I CAN SMELL THE CHIPOTLE FROM HERE. ITS LITERALLY JUST RICE BEANS AND MEAT. WHY. from now on, anything bad that happens to me is now Chiptole 1924 Beacon Street's Fault. we truly live in some dark times.

  Very stingy with portions. You will get a regular serving amount after asking for a bit more about 3 times.

  I am beyond frustrated with this experience. The order was placed through Uber Eats, and despite being a very simple order, it was completely wrong and arrived cold. This was food for myself and my picky toddler, and because the order was messed up and inedible, neither of us could eat it. What makes this even more upsetting is the amount of money and food that went straight to waste over something that should have been easy to get right. When you’re ordering basic items and still receive incorrect, cold food, it’s incredibly disappointing—especially as a parent trying to feed a child. Chipotle is supposed to be known for consistency, but this experience showed a serious lack of care and quality control, even on simple delivery orders. Wasting money and throwing away food due to careless mistakes is unacceptable. I truly expected better and am very disappointed. I’ll never order from this location again.

  Walked into this chipotle tonight on a quick decision after getting off my shift. Was the the only one in line. One guy took a deep breath and then got his gloves on. I felt that. But the thing is, is that he just does not have good energy. Maybe he was new (although I have seen him before)…anyways another guy came over to help me with my order. Hard working & prompt service from this guy. Mind you I walked in and this man was going ape mode on the grill. LIKE GRIT. I had to ask him his name because I love to see this. “Tami”. Great service and energy. I LOVE THIS ENERGY. THIS IS THE SHIT THAT GETS ME GOING. YOUNG BLOOD HUSTLING. Tami, I see you, I appreciate you and I’m rooting for you. Shoutout.

  It’s true that this location only gives half the amount of food compared to other locations. But that’s not the reason for my 1-star review. I’m giving 1 star because the cashier decided to help the person scooping. Problem with that is that he was wearing gloves to grab the lettuce and then would use the same gloves to accept money, touch the screen, use the pen, etc. He did that for every order with lettuce, never once changing his gloves. Extremely unhygienic, I will not be returning to this location 🤢
