In addition, the delivery was very late because the driver made multiple stops before arriving. When I finally received the order, the food smelled like cigarette smoke.

I told him my address and He said “Are you telling me how to do my job”, when I was being nothing but respectful. When he arrived, he demanded I give him a tip even though I wasn’t going to give him one after the rude experience. He kept pressuring me and wouldn’t give me my food until I gave him a tip. I ended up tipping because I was too scared to say no. Since it was late at night and I was alone (young college girl) Pizza was also super cold. When I called to complain, the workers said he’s a good guy and offered no support. I will be demanding a refund on the order and the tip because this is ridiculous and no way to treat a customer.
