They come across as rude and impatient, rushing customers even when there’s no line or reason to hurry. In contrast, the male staff members are polite and provide good customer service, which makes the difference in treatment even more noticeable. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the female employees could definitely benefit from customer service training. As much as I enjoy the food, it’s hard to justify returning when the service is this poor.
- HCHanna CalliopeDec 4, 20255.0my favorite place to get dinner after work 😝 NEVER misses! my favorite thing to get is a rice bowl with birria, veggies, queso, and chipotle mayo. it’s so much cheaper and so much better than chipotle. the amount of food you get and how tasty it is is so worth the price and more. they do NOT know how to be stingy, every time I go they make sure my bowl is absolutely loaded. It can literally last me two meals.
