  Extremely Disappointing Service I had a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin’ location. I ordered a strawberry refresher without ice because my 5-year-old has a cold. The server refused and told me they don’t sell refreshers without ice. That was already frustrating, but I decided to compromise and asked for less ice instead. When I received the drink, it was about 25% empty. When I questioned it, the server said her manager, Mr. Jeff, told her to make it that way. I was shocked and disappointed. Giving significantly less product simply because a customer asks for less ice is unacceptable. This felt petty and unprofessional. I understand policies, but the way this was handled was ridiculous. Very disappointed with the service and lack of basic customer care. What a shame.

  I’ve come to this Dunkin’ plenty of times before, and until now I would have said the custom service was eh…the girls tend to have a bad attitude. But recently I’ve been coming and there’s a very fine man with glasses who is always very positive, always smiling and a pleasure to be around.
