- JLJessica L5 days ago3.0Staff are very nice, cute spot, but the food - especially the meats/chicken/seafood are way over seasoned & dry. I love tacos, 🌮 so much so that I even eat them from Taco Bell- I like to get the make your own tacos- so I did that & got steak/chicken/ground beef. Now the steak and chicken were just way WAY over seasoned and the meat was dry (especially the steak) the ground beef (which is ultimate fav) was also over seasoned. Not as bad as the steak & chicken. QDOBA… PLEASE fix this. Just cut back on the amount of spice and maybe let chicken & steak sit in something so it doesn’t dry out. Dry meat is gross

I showed her my order and she pointed out I had accidentally ordered to the wrong location. I was devastated. She however promptly got her manager to help me and prepared my order for me. Very grateful that she sorted it out for me.

I understand that beef is expensive, but I am literally paying extra for it. Even when spending for "extra meat", expect to run out of protein before you even get halfway through your meal. I thought this maybe might've been a one-off isolated incident, but I have now purchased 6 bowls of "extra meat" option, and this now happens every single time. Not worth the money, eat somewhere else or go to a separate QDOBA location.
