- SDSarah DirienzoApr 5, 20261.0For $20 I got a bacon cheeseburger without cheese. Arrived and the store was being run by 5 gen-z kids standing in a circle in the kitchen on their phones. I'm gen-z myself, but this was ridiculous--one approached the counter and started signing into the register, but then the phone rang and he took an order over the phone without even greeting me. The other four just stood there doing nothing. Then he puts in my order and I guess its my bad for not checking that he put a "bacon burger" instead of "bacon cheeseburger". So.. no cheese. And then they said my order was ready and forgot the shake. I told the girl at the counter and she yelled at another kid across the kitchen and started laughing.

I called five guys asking why is their delivery taking so long (ordered at 2:30 then called at 3:30). Replied with “we don’t do delivery” even though it was on their app and website. I went to go pick up and I don’t see my order but all the workers did was ignore me and gave me side eyes.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
