I called back and demanded to speak to a manager and was told very rudely that I cannot expect a manager on the phone during Christmas. Shaws just lost a customer. I used to shop there 2 to 3 times a week but no more. They rude and disrespectful and I will spend my money at a disrespectful establishment.
