  I would give it a higher rating, but the tap cards for the gaming side of this place, are terrible. Brand new card and I would have to hold it over the tap machine several times just to get the game going. I didn't get food here this time, but every time I have gotten food before it was great.

  Total rip-off. We played almost every game, and literally almost every single one was broken in some way. Some of the games were so broken that we were able to pay credits and “play” them, yet they had game-breaking issues that made playing them pointless. Plus, very rude staff. There was a woman wearing a Dave and Busters shirt and armband, walking around with a Dave and Busters clipboard. We were going to alert her to one of the games being broken. I asked her, “do you work here?” and she said “no” and walked away. She CLEARLY works here. I love arcades but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ):

  I had been hesitant to revisit this location due to poor service, but after the kids countless requests we decided to give it another go… I am so glad we did as we were beyond impressed by the impeccable service we received from Amber! She was fantastic with our kids, and extremely resourceful! Even during a rush, she entertained my children, while maintaining quick service with the brightest smile! She truly upgraded our experience!!

  As a single mother accompanied by my three young children, one of whom has autism, our experience at the establishment was truly exceptional. Despite the outing being quite hectic for our family, the customer service team provided courteous and efficient assistance. We were delighted to interact with two of the owners and managers, who embodied the venue's family-friendly atmosphere by ensuring patrons' comfort throughout the premises. The environment proved to be joyful, safe, kid-friendly, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, allowing our children to thoroughly enjoy themselves while participating in activities. Notably, the management's diligence in handling lost items was evident when one of our children lost a phone, which was promptly retrieved. The employees were helpful in resolving technical issues with the games, and the cotton candy flower-making machine was a particular hit with our children. The meal packages offered good value, and our waitresses provided excellent service, warranting generous gratuities. The entire bar area was impressive, even to someone like myself who does not drink. Given its convenient location near our home, we appreciate this venue and look forward to repeated visits. The mac and cheese, with bacon and ham, was outstanding.

  Recently had a party here for my sons birthday and felt compelled to write a review after the experience left a lot to be desired. They literally had one server for 2 parties of over 30/40 people. So, although he tried his best the service was severely lacking. The food was mediocre at best, barely warm. Salad was wilted. The food order for the party when brought upstairs to the showroom was not correct and therefore was delayed as they returned it to the kitchen and make what was actually ordered for my event. Mind you I had confirmed this menu with host 3x prior to the event. They brought up one plate of fries for 10 children, and when I asked if we could get another one, I was told by the host Carol that wasn't possible. However, the waiter said the French fries were endless? All the adults had to go downstairs to the bar to order drinks because there was only 1 bartender upstairs for all the events and the waiter told us it would take over 20 minutes to even get our drink orders to the table. I ordered food separate from the party, which took over 40 minutes to come up to the room and was cold when it arrived and items were missing. The host Carol left in the midst of my event to never be seen again, with no follow up. Then I was required to pay an $80 tip for the inadequate service, food and event. I would strongly discourage anyone from having an event here. For the cost it is simply just not worth it.
