  I try not to be too critical when it comes to fast food chains but the inconsistency of this particular Dunks cannot go unnoticed. I always order hash browns at any Dunkin’s that I go to and every single time I go to this Dunkin’s in particular I’m served a bag of literal slop. I’d rather eat prison food than this. The hash browns are legitimately cold, wet, and discolored. As a regular customer, I shouldn’t need to quality check every single item that I receive when I stop by. The hash browns that I was served were clearly thrown in a microwave and tossed into a bag. I’m attaching photos for reference. I expect management to hold their team members accountable as this is not a one time occurrence, this happens every single time I go to this Dunkin’s in particular. The date and time of this occurrence was 2/6/2026 at 9:20 AM. I’ll be anonymously showing back up to this location in the future and expect better service. If I receive higher levels of service, I’ll change this review to 5 stars.

  ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND I WAS WITH MY KIDS AND WIFE AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO OUR OLDEST SCHOOL CONCERT SO WE WANTED TO BE FAST I GOT A HOT COFFEE AND A DONUT TO MAKE IT FAST THEY THEN AT THE WINDOW RUSHED ME AND SAID THEY NEED TO BE FAST EVEN THO IT IS 6:30 PM THEN HE GOT MAD WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW AND GAVE ME ADDITUDE STORMED OFF LEFT THE WINDOW AND I HERD HIM TELL ANOTHER EMPLOYEE “ IM NOT GOING BACK TO THAT WINDOW “ MIND YOU MY WIFE WORKS FOR DUNKS!!!!! AND WE WAITED OVER 10 MINS FOR A HOT COFFEE AND A DONUT MADE US LATE! ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WERE BEHIND US IN LINE LEFT

  Every time I get something from this dunkin it's terrible. Last week, didn't give me part of my order & n9 cheese on my sandwich. This week my sandwich is burned so bad it's inedible. This is the worst dunkin in the area

  I was at you this drive thru yesterday at approximately 3 in the afternoon lat me strat by saying I’m there every single morning the crew is amazing in morning I ALWAYS LEAVE TIP as I am a server but I was sitting waiting to order for like ten minutes no lie so I pulled up to window and a young black man ca E to the window eating as he talked to me unsanitary and Rudely said ah yeah the way it works here is you order there i politely explained I had. Den sitting there calling out hello hello no answer finally pulled up he said well go back or get coffee somewhere else closed window on me ! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN PLENTY OF PLACEA AROUND I’m over 60 years old I will not allow a 20 year old to treat me that way rest assured I will put it out there I o. Social media so everyone can see how rude he was
