So many restaurants in this city feel like tourist traps, but thankfully wagamama does not. The location here is great, easy to get to and right by View Boston.
The restaurant has lots of seating and stylish decor, and the washrooms are clean. But the service really puts it on top. Waiters are very attentive and you get a free snack (something crunchy/salty) and a hot cup of tea with your meal. The food is also pretty good so the pricing doesn't feel like a scam. Overall 5/5 and I'd definitely come back.

Came during a dinner rush after a nearby anime convention broke out. Even though we didn’t have reservations they were able to fit our family in. On a very cold day, having a bowl of ramen was much needed. Not the most authentic but tasty. Servers and front end staff were all very sweet. Will come back again.

My friends and I came right before a convention for food and our portions were definitely smaller than we get other years. When you ask for chili oil in your ramen for the upcharge you barely get a baby dribble of it. The noodles also seemed like they were oddly short and came from a plastic package. We also had to tell them that we had 3 people in our group and that we did not have a reservation every 30 second. Be prepared to give your name and phone number for no reason before being seated.

The staff are a joy! Lovely people, very very nice, very consiencious about allergies. Absolutely no complaints with such wonderful folk. The food, however, tastes like Hot, Salty Dishwater. A step above H Mart, not nearly worth the price tag.

I’m highly recommending this restaurant. I want to also say a very big thank you to the manager, the chef and staff for accommodating all my allergy concerns. They had to fix me a dish that wasn’t on the menu just to accommodate my needs. Thank you so much and the hospitality was just incredible ✨
