- SHShah H6 days ago5.0So many restaurants in this city feel like tourist traps, but thankfully wagamama does not. The location here is great, easy to get to and right by View Boston. The restaurant has lots of seating and stylish decor, and the washrooms are clean. But the service really puts it on top. Waiters are very attentive and you get a free snack (something crunchy/salty) and a hot cup of tea with your meal. The food is also pretty good so the pricing doesn't feel like a scam. Overall 5/5 and I'd definitely come back.

On a very cold day, having a bowl of ramen was much needed. Not the most authentic but tasty. Servers and front end staff were all very sweet. Will come back again.

When you ask for chili oil in your ramen for the upcharge you barely get a baby dribble of it. The noodles also seemed like they were oddly short and came from a plastic package. We also had to tell them that we had 3 people in our group and that we did not have a reservation every 30 second. Be prepared to give your name and phone number for no reason before being seated.

They had to fix me a dish that wasn’t on the menu just to accommodate my needs. Thank you so much and the hospitality was just incredible ✨
