  It's one of the best Subway store I ever went in the Boston It's a bit crowded at the time of my visit But still I received my order within 10 mins They have best combo offers I got a drink and chips for 3.50$ It's nice to see such deals in greater Boston Thanks to store management

  It’s my first visit to this store It’s very spacious compared to other subways Everyone is friendly and nice Impressed with the way of making and packing the sandwich I order grilled chicken and cheese Very affordable as they given student discount too Thank you to Management

  I had the worst experience at this Subway store - 393 Mass Ave. I had placed the order on subway app and even showed a screenshot but somehow they did not receive it and then the Indian bearded guy (who apparently is the manager) says, “you will get your refund”, when I explicitly told him I had placed the order twice on the app and they did not receive it. He made us wait 30 mins just to tell us they did not receive the order!!! This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They literally don’t care about your order and just say you’ll get your refund, especially the Indian student with a beard who happens to be the manager somehow? He literally did not care about making us wait for 30 mins or even taking a new order from us. Pathetic service and would not recommend to use the Subway app. They do not let you avail those offers and somehow provide no explanation or take new orders. Downright insult you by ignoring your new order!

  WORST EXPERIENCE!! Imagine you have paid the money and somebody makes you wait 30 mins just to tell you that they have not received your order, absolutely ridiculous service! Worst app and web interface built as well the Manager an Indian student just doesn’t care!! Never ever visit the store if you are hungry, they just post offers to lure customers which in practicality do not work!

  Worst experience i got there to pick the order but they don't work on first come first serve method. They just choose whome to give order, literally depends on their mood. I waited around 15 minutes, people coming after me getting their orders but i don't know what was the problem with these people. Specially the tall guy with spectaculars he didn't even paid any attention after showing him my order, instead he said them to make the next order for the guy who came after me.
