  I have been having NEGATIVE experiences with the cashier on the first floor named Sharon, but last night was worse than ever. I noticed that I put the wrong area code for my ph number then told her about it, she said that it was too late to change it, I told her that it was ok that I was leaving since she didn’t wanna help me, then she said oh well, I really don’t care that’s when she made me mad and told her that she has a BAD customer service and that I’ve been going to that supermarket for over 4 years and that they ALL have GREAT customer service, but her and that I was gonna report her, she said ok report me, she was arguing with me in front of 2 customers. I told her that I saw her refusing the restroom for 2 customers upon my arrival and that she’s ALWAYS leaning and on her cell ph. That lady doesn’t know how to de escalate and needs to go back to the training process ASAP. I was searching for the MOD and she refused to tell me his/her name. That was at 9:55pm last night 3/11/26 in case y’all wanna check cameras.

  Saw a mouse in aisle 10, told a nearby worker who didn’t seem to care. I know that mouse are common in the area and the store is underground. But this is a grocery store so some levels of hygiene have to be maintained.

  Extremely unprofessional behavior at the service desk. We were unable to find a certain brand of cereal so we were asked to reach out to service desk. The employee (lady) at the service desk was utterly rude and yelled at us that she does not understand us. It was a pretty scary experience so we left. Of course, we are not shopping at Star Market again but for those new to the area, our advice is to tread carefully here and best to avoid the place, if you can. We hope the management takes appropriate action. Loosing customers because of unprofessional staff behavior is really not a good place to be in this economy. Thanks.
