  The food was dry and lacked seasoning, and it appeared to have been sitting out for a long time. The customer service was also disappointing. I ordered chicken tenders and tostones but was given fries instead. When I checked and returned the order, I saw the employee place the fries I had already touched back into the serving tray, which was concerning. When I pointed out the mistake, communication suddenly became difficult. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for a small container of pink sauce despite already waiting for my order. The interior of the restaurant also looked neglected and run down, as if it hadn’t been properly maintained in quite some time. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I wouldn’t return.   For the price; they give very little food. The fried plantanes were hard and very skinny. It had a nasty after taste. The batida de lechosa was horrible.
