  I had such a great experience at Panera, especially thanks to Kamilly. The food was fresh and delicious, the mac & cheese and grilled cheese were both perfectly made and so comforting. What really stood out was how friendly, kind, and attentive Kamilly was throughout the entire visit. She made sure everything was perfect and was super patient and welcoming the whole time. Her positive attitude truly made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  If I could give a 0 star review, I would. There is a staff member whose name I do not know. She’s extremely rude and frankly racist towards Indians. I read through all the reviews and I can see a pretty consistent pattern of attacking Indian customers. She makes up some rules for the sip club coffee, about how the milk is not free and only some random arbitrary amount of her choice is what is allowed. She has been rude multiple times and I have just lost my patience now. Just because I’m Indian doesn’t mean I deserve to be treated this way. I pay for my sip club coffee and I do not want to be treated this way. I feel very dehumanized and horrified. Please do better.

  This is usually a solid place to sit and study for a few hours, and the space itself is comfortable. Unfortunately, the staff often seem unfriendly toward Sip Club subscribers, which makes grabbing coffee feel awkward instead of welcoming.
