    With one teller open it took her a while to get to me and when I told her what I wanted and she put it in wrong I had to mention to her that she made an error and I wanted the extra meat on my breakfast order

    Great place centrally located near Boston University and short walk to Fenway Park. You get all of your classic McDonald's favorites at this clean and easily accessible location.

    These people DOUBLE CHARGED me, and the person dealing with me told me to see the person in the afternoon. I can back in the afternoon and spoke with the manager named LEIDY. This woman couldn’t have been ANYMORE RUDE. Refused to give me a refund or give me any food of the same value to remedy the situation. Instead, she flat out REFUSED to do anything. I called the 800 # and sent a message on X and I have been completely IGNORED. My next step is to tell my bank I was fraudulently charged. This place has a ZERO STARS review. Unfortunately, zero starts isn’t allowed, but they EARNED A ZERO. The customer service experience was a NEGATIVE 5. Absolutely THE WORST I have experienced in my lifetime. I will NEVR EVER AGAIN visit the establishment. This has to be the WORST EARNED REVIEW in my years doing reviews. Truly pathetic and the Hogan Family, which own the restaurant, should be ASHAMED of how poorly these employees make the customer experience to be.

    I go to McDonald’s like once a year and every time I am reminded why I don’t go more often. The customer service is completely degraded. 2 stars only because i did get my food. Ordered for dine in because I like eating my food while it’s hot (imagine that…) and was pleasantly surprised that the dining area was clean, quiet, and not overly crowded. While waiting for my food the staff decided to close the dining area and make everyone leave! No apology at all. This was at around 8:40pm and their hours say the dining room is open to 2am.
