  Staff not washing hands. Touching trash and money without gloves or washing hands. Treat all customers like substance users and pretty rude.

  During my visit to the branch at 329 Washington St, Boston, MA 02108, I installed the McDonalds app for the first time and placed an order for a Filet-O-Fish meal along with the new-user offer of 10 free chicken nuggets. When I tried to pay, I repeatedly received an error message saying the payment could not be processed and to seek help from a crew member to complete the order. I attempted three payment methods: Google Wallet, PayPal, and a Visa card but encountered the same issue each time. I asked the cashier for assistance and explained the situation. He glanced at my phone, told me to try again, and then moved on to the next customer without helping further. I requested a manager. When she arrived, she told me to place the order at full price at the counter, ignoring both the app promotion and the instruction to assist me. I politely asked her to honor the offer and help me complete payment at the register since the app would not proceed. She refused, repeating that she could not help because I had not paid through the app. As I tried to explain the steps that led to the error message and show her the message on my phone, a security guard intervened aggressively, raised his voice, loudly told me to leave, and threatened to call the police, despite my calm explanation that I simply wanted to pay at the register. I remained respectful throughout, but the cashier, manager, and guard were dismissive and unhelpful, with the guard being openly hostile and offensive. The situation was very embarrassing. I left without ordering. This experience was very disappointing and not what I expect from your customer service. Staff should handle app-related issues and customer concerns in a professional and respectful manner.

  Half of our food was brought in cold and when we requested hot fries the employees reacted as if we wanted a miracle to happen, burger was great but employees were horrible (especially the lady, the security guard was friendly tho), I stood for 5 mins behind the counter shouting whilst getting ignored.

  Ordered a meal and the machine didnt print out a receipt and i missed the number on the screen. Went to the counter to show my credit card charge and the dude said he cant help me without an order number. This is robbery!
