    If you want to be treated rudely and called crazy and stupid then go here, placed an order for pick up at 5:30 and had to wait till 9 to get the wings , and on top of waiting all that time for the wings this gentleman Julio decided to call me crazy and stupid and some more in Spanish thinking I was going to understand what he was saying. And when I asked the manager for his name he refused to provide his name and the employees name until he got “permission “ . Worst experience ever stay away from this wing stop location

    On Friday, February 7, 2026, the manager on the evening shift exhibited exceptionally rude behavior and refused to disclose his name. The closing manager, a Mexican male, responded with rudeness when I requested assistance with a pressing matter. I intend to escalate this matter to a higher department and inform them of the manager’s conduct, which was characterized by rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a lack of ethical behavior.

    The manager on tonight’s shift Friday 02/07/26 is incredibly rude and refused to provide his name … the closing manager was a Mexican male and when I asked politely for assistance to a pressing matter he rudely hung up on me . Will be contacting a higher department and informing them that this manager was incredibly , rude , unprofessional, and in no was shape or form conducted his self in a ethical manner

    This specific Wingstop is so amazing, but last night we decided to treat ourselves, so since I had quick sides at home, I just went with the boneless tenders. Not that I wouldn't have LOVED to of ordered some of those sides, but lately, my family and I must try and save as much as we can. On the other hand, I'd REALLY like a shout out to an excellent, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable(especially regarding the ordering procedure, of which I'd totally forgotten), and extremely helpful Customer Service employee, Gustavo. Gustavo is a very bright and conscientious gentleman who also happens to be an amazing asset to your Wingstop restaurants business. He was very warm, approachable, and inviting, from my first steps in the door. Especially as I hadn't had the pleasure to have visited in a long while. The take home food was excellent, I made it all the way back to Winthrop, in the very, very freezing temps and the food was still warm and, UNDENIABLY, mouthwatering TASTY! Like, wowza! "Num nums," as my little boy likes to say!
