This Wendy's is located around a lot of busy working people and college students who are hungry and need to eat quickly. So making a lot of money means sell old cold food? I don't want to give this Wendy's a chance to do better let's get this Wendy's out of the community now.

Ich habe ja immer gedacht. In deutschen schnellrestaurants kann man keine Hamburger essen....
Das ist allerdings noch schlechter. Geht... Habe ich in der Heimat der Hamburger eigentlich nicht erwartet...
Und nicht nur, dass die Hamburger schlecht waren oder die Pommes nicht in Ordnung. Der Service dahinter ist ja auch grauenvoll....
Ich bin noch nie so unfreundlich bedient worden.... Ich habe noch nie so schlechte Hamburger gegessen...
Und das Ambiente erinnert eher an den Vorraum einer Bahnhof Toilette....
Niemals wieder..

Not very exciting. Compared to back in 2016 burger and soda is smaller, less flavourful, and significantly more expensive. The vibe was also quite cold. But hey cool that it auto registered my name.

This restaurant manager should be ashamed of themselves because of how they let the restaurant go down the hill.Not only are they destroying the Wendy's name, the\n Employees in this store have no disrespect. They don't wear gloves, they don't wash their hands. Please do not eat here.\n I don't think the manager even knows what's going on. And if they do they sure as hell don't care, this restaurant needs to be shut down or needs to be visited by the health department or the Better Business Bureau. The people in this town don't even know the meaning of the word customer service.Let alone how to give up proper customer service.That would be the fault of the manager who doesn't know how to do his or her job as well.I would hide me.Suggest you close your doors and find something else because you're not going to succeed
