Waited an hour plus for an order. I’ve never seen a TEAM of people more useless than the people that work here. Multiple workers on their phones, multiple people leaving without their order, asking for refunds. Meanwhile a million people are standing in the lobby. This location should be shut down if they can’t hire competent staff.

I online ordered at 6:44 pm. It’s currently 7:14 and I still haven’t gotten my food. I asked. The response is yeah it’s just been taking awhile. That was 15 mins ago. I’m hangry I’m sorry I don’t do this but this is complete BS.

Would give zero stars if I could. I sent in a mobile order around 20 minutes before I arrived at Taco Bell. When I arrived there were probably around 50 customers swarming the cashier desk, I saw a sign on the wall saying maximum occupancy no more than 34, I counted and there were way more than 34 people that night. I waited around 15 more minutes before going to the front counter, I couldnt get a single employees attention, no one talked to me at all. There was a massive amount of mobile orders sitting on a shelf, no one was calling out the names or passing them out. It was honestly a mad house. I left and as soon as I did I got a text saying my order was ready at this point it had been an hour since I placed the order. I went back to the front to attempt to get my food and again couldnt get any ones attention, after 15 minutes of trying I left without my food. This is unacceptable, it was dangerous, the crowd of people in that small building was insane and the poor employees could not handle it. Honestly there were so many people trying to fight to get to the front that someone could have been seriously hurt.
