We're serving all your favorite menu items, from classic tacos and burritos, to new favorites like the Crunchwrap Supreme and Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Don't bother trying to get add-ons or substitutions-- they will never, ever, pay any attention to orders that ask for changes. Food is fine, staff is fast, but there are never any managers around if you want a refund for not getting what you ordered, and if you ask for a remake the staff don't speak enough English to understand.

A for effort.
This place is filled with people just trying to get their cheap burrito and eat something after whatever day they just had.
I was so excited to see the IPad ordering station inside the establishment-but I didn’t realize that this Taco Bell does not have enough staff to timely make our meals as there were literally like 7 iPads (so people can order endlessly) and maybe max 5 staff.
There’s no big place to wait for your order-we ended up looking like the triangle of grass open for dogs off leash in the Boston commons. We all had to stand right in front of the cash, like a crowd of at least 30 people just standing and staring into the back of the kitchen and watching all of them work.
These employees are actually incredible-whoever created the kitchen set up should go and work a day in their shoes. They create these delicious magical tasty treats while staring out into a crowd of 50 hungry people. Personally, we waited 45 minutes and the workers were actively making orders and running around the whole time.
There was an incredible manager who was able to coordinate working cash, mobile orders, and the sea of Uber Eats Drivers that never seemed to leave. She also helped an elderly gentleman order at the cash as he only had cash and got his food quickly for him. She was joking around and made things so much better around there. ALSO the drink machine was broken so she was making all the Baja blast and Mountain Dew drinks from the syrup dispensers BY HAND. Actually jaw dropping excellence.
All in all, we didn’t get our dips or sauces. Waited 45mins in what felt like purgatory. Portion sizes are a bit small. The Canadian taco bell is better.
