  Store is a bit run down and dirty. Staff isnt very friendly or helpful. The store is also very small, awkwardly shaped, and cluttered.

  I ordered the “Rose Lux Bouquet” expecting the elegant pastel arrangement shown in the app. Unfortunately, what I received looked completely different. The colors, flower types, and overall design did not match the advertised photo at all. The bouquet I received had bright yellow roses and a very different structure, which was not what I paid for. It looked like a basic mixed bouquet rather than the premium arrangement that was advertised. This was purchased for a special occasion, and it was very disappointing. If substitutions are necessary, customers should at least receive something similar in style and value. I would not recommend ordering based on the photos shown.

  I went shopping at the Star Market on Boylston Street last Saturday (01/30) and when at the self-check out there is a shopping cart and an black plastic store cart on wheels loaded with Star Market plastic shopping bags in the middle of the area making it impossible for paying costumers to navigate through the area. There was a young woman (20s) attempting to exit the area but couldn't get by me at the cash register, they store employee sitting there watching the whole time seems to have found this very amusing as she sat there laughing about for a period of time before approaching me to let me know the young woman was trying to get my attention. I suffer from a Traumatic Brain Injury form a Serious Automobile Accident I was in A number of years ago and it affects the right side of my body including my hearing in my right ear which is the reason I did nor hear the young woman next to me trying to get my attention. Your Store Employee May Have Found This Whole Event Amusing Due To My Traumatic Brain Injury, But I Did Not Find It At All Funny! It's Nothing More Than Ignorant Of The Store To Place Obstacles In The Way Of Shoppers In the Area Of The Self-Check Out Registers! And Your Female Store Employee Was Nothing Less Than Insulting Towards Me! Store Rating Is Minus 5 Stars! This Star Location I Do Not Shop At Often, And Suggest Anyone Thinking of Shopping Here Should Find Another Star Location To Food Shop In! If Not For The Store placing the obstacles in the way the whole thing wouldn't of ever happened!
