The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in, and the food was exceptional. But the real magic came from Executive Pastry Chef Chelsea, whose talent and kindness elevated my daughter’s birthday into a memory she will cherish for years. ✨ APPLE CRISP OAT BAR Apple Compote, Coconut–Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (v/gf/nf) Warm, comforting, and beautifully balanced. 🍫 TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CREAM TART Valrhona Chocolate Pastry Cream, Caramelized White Chocolate Crèmeux, Milk Chocolate Mousse Chelsea created a delicate chocolate feather and even wrote my daughter’s name and “Happy Birthday” on the plate. Watching my daughter’s face light up—it truly meant the world. 🌺 GINGER SPICE TORTE Burnt Cinnamon Meringue, Cranberry Consommé, Poached Cranberry (veg/nf) Elegant, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. As a parent, there’s nothing more special than seeing your child feel celebrated. Sea Grille and Chef Chelsea delivered that and more. We will absolutely be back—for the view, yes, but even more for the heart and hospitality that made this birthday unforgettable.

  The worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant. On vacation staying at the hotel, we asked the lady at the front how long the wait was for 6 of us plus 2 children under 5 years old. she told us 30 mins. we waited for 40 mins asked how much longer she told us 10 to 15 mins. We waited for another 30 mins, with the kids starting to get very hungry they were crying and acting up in the lobby of the hotel. One of the employees of the hotel came out and gave the kids stuffed animals souvenirs from the hotel to keep them happy. we asked how much longer the young lady at the front told us about 10 mins, we waited for another 30 mins now at this point was close to two hours. I asked her again and she said nothing was available yet. She told us to try the bar restaurant on the other side of the hotel they may have seats. We understood it was a fine dinning restaurant, we spend a lot of money staying at this hotel on yearly basis because our company does a lot of business in the Boston area. I think they did not want the young children in the restaurant at that time at night because they had high profile clients in there. They could of just told us from the start there was no tables available instead of making us wait 2 hours with children and running our whole evening, along with my two elderly parents waiting with us. disgusted by this experience, and unfortunately wont be ever going there again when we are in Boston or staying at the hotel
