- WHW HowlitNov 10, 20251.0I ordered a creamy chicken and rice soup bread bowl that looked amazing from the pics and description, just what the doctor ordered for this cold. ($10) When I got home and unpacked it, the bread bowl was fine but the soup for it was about half a cup of clear broth, 2 pieces of carrots, no rice, 3 or 4 TINY green things which I assume were herbs, and one piece of chicken about the size of my pinky nail. If I would have eaten there I would have just gone back to the counter, but honestly, the store, which is new, looks like a hospital cafeteria from the 90s, and I already was not feeling well. This will be my last time going to Panera. What happened? You used to be mediocre but reliable. This was just bad. 3 starts for service because I ordered online, walked in to pick it up and it was ready and waiting with no other interactions.
