In addition, on multiple occasions I have received a small salad rather than the large/whole that I paid for. Management needs to be aware of these errors and staff needs to be more attentive to order details. A dedicated email to store managers would be helpful because customers would have immediate recourse and managers would be able to have a more accurate view of shift efficiency.
