My first time here with my lady and I was absolutely amazed with the professionalism and style this steakhouse had to offer! I got the bone in 22 ounce ribeye. My lady got the 14oz Wagyu. The butter enhancement really hit the spot, especially the garlic and truffle one. We had two side orders of loaded mashed potatoes as well. As someone who works at a slaughter house who deals with meat all the time, I was not disappointed a single bit. My waiter was very attentive, friendly and very professional, he has great social skills and recommended we get Morton’s fresh lava cake. We had to wait 30 minutes for the lava cake as it was going to be made fresh. It was worth the wait. As we were waiting, we enjoyed our drinks. I had the Morton’s margarita and my lady had the Mortini with blue cheese olives, this place pays attention to detail as there was a section of the rim from my margarita that was not salted meant for you to sip out of that area. I found that very unique considering other places salt the entire rim. The quality of service and food matches the price we paid. I will be coming back to try other cuts of meat. Thank you guys for the great experience!!!

My brothers and I went to Morton for his birthday and there was thick plastic in the garlic butter. We told the waiter and he shrugged it off but for “fine dining” it should have been addressed. The wine and food was delicious though.

Went in alone with the intention of blowing a lot of cash on a huge meal at 6:15 pm. Got sat by 6:20. Ordered a bourbon old fashioned that was delivered to me quickly. Then I spent the next 25 minutes waiting to order. My server was obviously busy assisting a huge party of 8-10 as well as the other table already there, but after 25 minutes, I felt that it was proven that I would be last on the priority list so who knows how long it would take to get a refill of water, another old fashioned, or receive my order so I asked for the check and left. What a bummer considering I was there ready to spend a ton of money and leave a huge tip.

This is my second visit to Mortons. The first visit last new years eve was exquisite. This year it was horrible. Our server, was slow slow slow. After 10 minutes, he finally came to our table. We made our order. The soup came, butternut squash, so much spiceu no other flavor. We asked for house salad but got a salad with nuts and apples. We had asked for house salad with thousand island dressing. Due to the slow service we ate what we were given. As we waited for our meal, we spilled our drink. No help anywhere. No one saw us in the entire place apparently. We used our napkins to sop up the red liquid and removed our own tablecloth. Finally a young server came and took our soiled tablecloth stained red from our drink. Still waiting 15 or more minutes, we got a new tablecloth. Then I saw a woman in a black top going table to table. I got her attention and told her we had been waiting for 25 minutes for our main course. She said she'd take care of it. A few minutes later, she brought our meals, saying our server had been waiting for plating. I wish I had waited, or not come at all when I looked at my plate. It was lovely but cranberry juice was on every thing on my plate. The food was cold. The stuffing was inedible, hard super sticky and flavored like, you guesses it, cranberry. The turkey roulade was dry and tasteless. I think they must have given us a returned meal or something worse. The place was loud, the service poor and the food, well, inedible. I also wonder why the matre de never stopped at my table when he went to every other table around us. It doesn't matter now, its just another example of a horrible experience in a place that used to be a premium restaurant.
