The staff are extremely rude, treat customers poorly, and are entirely unprofessional, falling far short of any standard of professional service. Shopping here is the greatest insult one could inflict upon oneself and a form of self-degradation.

Poor operations. There are 2 lanes for order but only one works each time and there is no sign asking customers to simply wait.
After turning one more round the staff was rude in rushing us to complete order while our clarifying questions were not answered.
Do not recommend this outlet.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times, and every single time I ask for a plain snack wrap, it’s made incorrectly. Plain does not mean “no lettuce or cheese” — it means no dressing. I request the sauce on the side for a reason, and I’ve repeated this instruction countless times. Instead, I keep receiving a spicy wrap with nothing in it. This is beyond frustrating. Please train your staff properly so orders are made as requested.

The real concern is the lack of proper hiring and management at this McDonald’s location.
After waiting approximately 20 minutes in the drive-through with no response at the speaker, I proceeded forward. During this time, I was approached by an individual in the drive-through asking me to purchase food, which was inappropriate and concerning.
When I reached the window, I was treated disrespectfully by three employees who appeared to find it amusing to sit around rather than assist customers. They made no effort to serve the customers waiting in line before or after me, demonstrating a clear lack of professionalism and accountability.
This experience reflects serious management and operational issues that need immediate attention.

If I could give this location no stars I really would , every time I go here they’re so impolite and wait times are so excessive. I’ve worked at a fast food restaurant before and I get it’s stressful and hard but this location is always so slow and rude! and everyone in drive thru sat for 20 minutes patiently and politely while my boyfriend whos doing Uber Eats sat in drive thru since the dining room was locked! And the lady comes on the speaker after 20+ minutes in drive thru to tell us that no Uber Eats through the drive thru, my boyfriend politely says “I tried to but it was locked” and she says no it wasn’t and continues to argue with my boyfriend who’s being nothing but polite to her trying to explain he thought that to they closed the dining room. she raised her voice to even say “sir I am saying that it is not locked” :/ Very rude to him being so calm and respectful. Fast food companies are supposed to keep customers coming back not driving them away with their rude employees, slowness I get it but rude employees is just the line many people draw the line at. it’s just common courtesy to be nice to customers who are basically paying the company that pays you it is in the job description as well. if people want to be miserable go work in a warehouse or not at all.
this location is literally so close to my house and convenient for lunch sometimes but I will never come back after this that’s just embarrassing on the girl on the headset.
